Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order and, where relevant, payment has been arranged. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Where VAT treatment depends on the buyer's circumstances, we will confirm the position before payment is taken. We do not make claims about VAT relief eligibility on your behalf.

Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown on the product page and in your basket before you place the order.

Delivery and fulfilment

Products are supplied and dispatched by our UK suppliers. Delivery estimates are provided by those suppliers and are not guaranteed dates. See our delivery page for detail.

Product descriptions and specifications are based on information provided by manufacturers and suppliers. We take care to present them accurately, but we do not manufacture the products and we have not tested every item.

Returns

Cancellation and return rights are set out on our returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Where installation is required, it must be carried out competently and into structurally sound surfaces.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
