When you contact us we keep your message and contact details so we can reply. We also record anonymous usage information about which pages and products are viewed, so we can see which parts of the shop are useful.

How we use it

We use your details to process and deliver your order, to answer your questions, and to keep records required for accounting purposes.

To fulfil an order we share the delivery details with the UK supplier dispatching that item. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.

To make a request, contact us using the details on our contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies and analytics

The shop stores your basket in your own browser so it is still there if you come back. We record anonymous page and product views to understand how the shop is used. We do not use advertising trackers.
