Supplier partnerships

Partner with Home Help Hub

Supporting people at home. Connecting them with the products and professionals they need.

Home Help Hub is building a trusted UK platform that brings together people who need help at home, their families and carers, and the professionals who provide those services. We are now expanding the platform to include carefully selected products that can help people live more safely, comfortably and independently at home. We are looking to build long-term relationships with reputable UK manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors.

What we're building

More than an online shop

We are not trying to create another generic online product catalogue.

The Home Help Hub shop will be integrated into a wider platform where customers can discover people, services and products.

The aim

From “I need help with something at home.”

To “I understand what I need, I've found the right product or professional, and I know what to do next.”

Products are organised around real-life needs rather than simply presented as a large catalogue. This allows suppliers' products to be presented in a relevant, useful context.

Examples of need-led categories

  • Making the bathroom safer
  • Making it easier to get around
  • Helping someone stay independent
  • Making getting in and out of a chair easier
  • Helping someone care for a relative
  • Making a home more accessible

Supplier relationships

We want to build long-term supplier relationships

We are looking to work with reputable suppliers whose products genuinely fit the needs of our customers, and where the supplier can provide a dependable fulfilment experience.

  • High-quality products

  • Competitive trade pricing

  • Reliable UK fulfilment

  • Dropshipping directly to customers

  • Accurate product information

  • High-quality product photography

  • Reliable stock availability

  • Clear warranty arrangements

  • Straightforward returns processes

  • Product support

We are particularly interested in products where there is a clear customer need and where the supplier can provide a dependable fulfilment experience.

Fulfilment

A simple fulfilment model

  1. 1

    Customer discovers the product

The customer finds a product through the Home Help Hub platform.

  2. 2

Customer orders from Home Help Hub

The customer purchases the product directly through our website.

  3. 3

We send the order to the supplier

The order is passed to the approved supplier according to the agreed fulfilment process.

  4. 4

    Supplier fulfils the order

The supplier ships the product directly to the customer. Where supported, delivery tracking is passed back to Home Help Hub so that we can keep the customer informed.

The exact fulfilment, returns, warranty and payment arrangements would be agreed with each supplier individually. We make no assumptions about blind shipping, branded packaging or fulfilment responsibilities.

Ideal partner

Our ideal supplier partner

  • UK-based or able to provide reliable UK fulfilment
  • Established reputation and reliable customer service
  • Competitive trade pricing
  • Dropshipping capability preferred
  • Reliable stock availability
  • High-quality product information and images
  • Clear warranty arrangements
  • Clear returns process
  • Reliable delivery
  • Ability to support an online reseller
  • Permission to market and sell products through the Home Help Hub website
  • Potential for a long-term commercial relationship

What we offer

A new route to relevant customers

Home Help Hub gives suppliers the opportunity to reach customers through a platform focused specifically on helping people live and work more effectively at home. Rather than competing solely on a traditional product-search model, products can be introduced to customers in context.

  • Home Help Hub's online marketplace
  • Product-finder journeys
  • Advice and educational content
  • “Shop by need” categories
  • Recommendations based on customer needs
  • Our professional network
  • Future email and marketing activity
  • Future partnerships and platform development

The objective is to create a long-term relationship where both Home Help Hub and its supplier partners benefit as the platform grows.

Information we need

Could we work together?

We would initially like to understand the following, and would then review the range to identify the products most relevant to Home Help Hub customers.

  • Trade pricing
  • Dropshipping arrangements
  • Delivery charges
  • Product catalogue
  • Product data
  • Product imagery
  • Stock availability
  • Returns policy
  • Warranty arrangements
  • Payment terms
  • Minimum order requirements
  • Online reseller requirements
  • Product feed / API capabilities, if available

Commercial model

A straightforward commercial relationship

Home Help Hub would purchase or resell products under agreed trade terms, with the commercial arrangement agreed individually with each supplier.

Depending on your model, this may include

  • Trade pricing
  • Dropship fulfilment
  • Per-order fulfilment fees
  • Delivery charges
  • Volume pricing
  • Professional / trade accounts
  • Potential future API or product-feed integration

All commercial terms would be agreed before products are made available for sale. We don't publish assumed margins or percentages, and we don't describe ourselves as an authorised reseller for any manufacturer until that agreement is in place.

Our approach

We start with the customer's need

A customer may not arrive knowing that they need a particular product. They may simply know:

  • “My mum is struggling to get in and out of the bath.”
  • “My customer needs something to make the bathroom safer.”
  • “I need equipment that will make this job easier.”

Home Help Hub is designed to start with that problem and help the customer discover an appropriate solution. This creates an opportunity for suppliers to have their products discovered in a more useful and relevant context.

Long term

Built for long-term growth

The initial focus is on establishing a high-quality, carefully selected product range. We are interested in building supplier relationships that can develop alongside the platform.

As the platform develops, we intend to build

  • A broader product catalogue
  • Product recommendations
  • Professional purchasing
  • Repeat purchasing
  • Supplier integrations
  • Automated fulfilment
  • Product feeds
  • Improved customer guidance
  • Data-led product selection
